On the navigation bar you will find a “Become A Customer” tab. By clicking on it, you will be taken to a page on the website that is title “Become a United Auto Supply Customer”.
If you scroll down on this page, you will find the terms and conditions of becoming a customer as well as the resale certification which needs to be filled out before attaching it to your customer application.
Once you have downloaded and filled out the correct Resale form you can click on the ‘Customer Application’ button.
Fill out the form and upload your completed resale certificate.
Click ‘Send’.

On the navigation bar of the website, you will find a “Current Customers” tab. By clicking on it you will be taken to a page titled “United Auto Supply Customers” with a variety of resources.
In the top row you will find “Customer Returns”. Click on the icon.
You will see that there are three categories of returns – new, defective or core. Select the one that applies.
Fill out the respective form and press submit.
